Agatha "Gatha" Townsend was born on October 2, 1961, in Randolph County. She peacefully passed away on November 17, 2024.
Agatha graduated from James B. Dudley High School in Greensboro, North Carolina, in 1979, having been educated in the Guilford County Public School System.
