Jamauri Kentral Miller “MOTA” was born April 30, 2006, in High Point, North Carolina, to Ecolia Wilson and Tracey Miller. A beloved son, brother, and friend transitioned to his heavenly home on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at the age of 19. He was a proud graduate of Ragsdale High School, where he excelled as an all-star athlete in football and also ran track with great passion and dedication.

Known for his impeccable sense of fashion and his vibrant spirit, Jamauri had a love for life that inspired everyone around him. Despite the challenge of being partially blind in one eye, he never allowed obstacles to hinder his goals. With a determined attitude and unshakable drive, he accomplished everything he set his mind to do.

He will be remembered for his perseverance, his athleticism, his style, and the love he shared with those who knew him. His legacy of strength and determination will live on in the hearts of his family, teammates, and friends.

Jamauri was preceded in death by his grandmother, Joyce Miller; great-grandmother, Carol Roberson; great-great-grandmother, Myrtle Wilson; great-great-grandmother, Ilean Taylor; and cousin, Roderick White.
